Assembler III

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

As our Assembler III, you will have the leadership responsibility of owning the production area, including driving adherence to 5S, training, setting priorities, updating Tier 1 SQDC boards and hour-by-hour boards, and maintaining Kanban integrity. You should have advanced knowledge of hand tools used to perform automated testing and verification during the manufacturing process. You will lead teams in production of low complexity / high volume to high complexity / medium to high volume assemblies and products according to specific work instructions or documentation provided to prep, build, test, and package precision measurement and electro?mechanical instruments used to monitor or measure characteristics of liquid. This role is essential for recognizing and reporting potential process errors or disturbances to leadership.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Acting as an area leader with accountability to assigned work cell, focusing on plumbing.
• Setting up and operating a variety of manufacturing machines or equipment following written instructions.
• Solving problems of advanced scope and complexity requiring interpretation of well?defined procedures and practices.
• Assembling parts or products using hand tools and power tools.
• Following technical instructions, interpreting engineering blueprints and technical terms to assemble products according to procedure.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
