Meredith Lodging Central Oregon, LLC is growing. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Owner Relations Coordinator to help oversee a portfolio of beautiful vacation homes. The ORC will work with OR managers and owners to ensure their homes are maintained to the highest industry standards and ready to receive guests. In this role, you will act as a bridge helping to onboard new homes joining the program. You will communicate with our maintenance and housekeeping staff, ensuring that homes exceed the standard and owners are aware of what is happening in their home. You will be a central part of the team, supporting our OR managers so nothing falls between the cracks.

Some of what you'll do :

• Onboard new homes, adding photos, descriptions, etc
• Track work processes to ensure homes are being serviced in a timely & thorough manner
• Create schedules surrounding home deep cleans & seasonal servicing
• Oversee invoicing processes to ensure smooth accounting and owner statements each month
• Act as the face of the company when owners and guests walk through our front door!

What you'll bring :

2+ years of experience in property management, administration, or client services. Education or course work may be accepted in place of professional experience.

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent is required

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook

Valid driver's license required.

Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.

Ability to learn and use new software and tools.

Available to work :

Full-time

Schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9 : 00-5 : 30

Reliable transportation-live within 50 mile radius from Bend. Office location may be Mount Bachelor Village, Sunriver Village, or subject to change.
