Key Responsibilities
Drive advertising revenue growth through personal sales pipeline management and execution of comprehensive sales strategies
Manage and mentor the sales team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Engage with the Christian marketplace to develop advertising solutions that align with ministry objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
5-8+ years of experience in media sales, ad strategy, and / or growth marketing
2-3 years of experience in managing or mentoring sales professionals
Experience in driving revenue growth through innovative ad products and cross-platform campaigns
Deep understanding of the digital media landscape and the Christian marketplace
