Position Details :

• Join an established Federally Qualified Health Center with 8 clinicians and work in a beautiful new building
• Outpatient Family Medicine
• See approximately 22 patients per day serving a mostly adult patient population
• On site lab and X-ray as well as social service resources for patients
• Option for a 3,4 or 5 day week
• National Health Service Corps Approved Site with a HPSA score of 18
• J1 Waiver / Visa Sponsorship Available
