A company is looking for a Loan Processing Team Lead to manage a team of Loan Processors and Loan Processing Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the performance and daily tasks of Loan Processors and Loan Processing Assistants, including training and scheduling
Collaborate with Processing and Operations leadership to meet team and department goals
Assign tasks to Loan Processing Assistants to ensure KPIs are achieved
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Mortgage Processing or related fields
High school diploma required
Previous leadership experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the residential mortgage industry and compliance obligations
Intermediate experience with mortgage-related LOS systems and best-practice processing procedures
