The mission of the Team Leader for Experienced Advisor Recruiting is to ensure we hire the right Experienced Financial Advisors, create a best-in-class onboarding experience and act as advocates for financial advisors to continue their success at Edward Jones. As an Experienced Advisor Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead multiple recruiters focused on full-cycle sourcing, attracting and selection of experienced advisors. You will work closely with your leader, team, and key stakeholders both inside and outside of Market Management to allocate recruiting efforts to priority areas of the country to support the growth and health of the firm. Your team will evaluate a candidate's fit with the firm including, but not limited, to determining the portability and suitability of the FAs book of business to Edward Jones.
Responsibilities include :
Edward Jones' compensation and benefits package includes medical and prescription drug, dental, vision, voluntary benefits (such as accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness), short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage. Short- and long-term disability, basic life, and basic AD&D coverage are provided at no cost to associates. Hiring Minimum : $99,200 Hiring Maximum : $168,900

Candidates that live within in a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
