About the Role:
Join Skilled Nursing Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician and play a vital role in delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. In this dynamic position, you'll work alongside a dedicated team in Hayward, CA, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality medications and support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking pharmaceuticals.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles in our pharmacy system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all pharmacy operations.
• Support the pharmacist in compounding medications as needed.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
