Irrigation - Landscape Maintenance

MolsonCoors – Landscape Maintenance (Irrigation)

Duties:

• Ability to stand for long periods on uneven surfaces
• Ability to find locations via mapping, directions, or personal smart phone
• Must not be afraid to get dirty
• Ability to lift 25lbs with some repetition
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Ability to work while standing in water wearing company provided waders
• No tobacco use in company vehicles or anyplace not designated as a smoking area
• No headphones while operating vehicles
• Work weeks are 40 hours when possible – possible downtime during inclement weather that could result in safety issues (not common, we’ve had 1 weather day in the last 2 years).
• Must wear company provided safety vest at all times
• Company provides: safety vest, safety glasses or goggles, gloves, hip waders, hearing protection.
• Use of PPE is mandatory. May not wear clothing with graphics or words considered to be offensive or inappropriate as determined by supervisor.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Basic landscaping experience required
• 21+ years old
• Must be able to operate or learn to operate basic tools and equipment:Lawn mowerGas powered trimmer (hedge and weed)Gas powered leaf blowerWheelbarrow, Rake, Pitchfork, ShovelBasic hand tools
• MUST be able to work outside
• Driver's License required

Schedule:

Day Shift, Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm. (Hours can be modified to accommodate the general consensus of crew with supervisors’ approval. Some overtime may be available. Once trained/proven, you often work with little supervision.)

Pay:

$20.00/hr to $22.00/hr, DOE
