Description : Summary :
A Concours Club Service Center Technician works both in the tuning bays and in pitlane. A Service Center Technician will work on a broad range of racecars and streetcars, utilizing and building their skills in a team-oriented environment. Aside from carrying out services in the tuning bays, technicians will work alongside Circuit Control Associates to monitor cars on circuit.
Roles & Job Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance on fleet and member vehicles.
- Complete technical inspections for vehicles participating in circuit events.
- Diagnose vehicles issues and work with Service Center Technical Manager to develop a service plan.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with shop guidelines.
- Park and retrieve cars, including street vehicle and circuit specific vehicles.
- Greet and interact with members in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
- Offer guidance to members and assist them as requested.
- Aid drivers in vehicle ingress / egress process including driver gear, safety belts, window nets, mirror adjustments, aiding in a safe release, aiding in reversing, etc.
- Cooperate, assist, and communicate effectively with other team members in order to provide prompt service to the member(s).

This job is performed outdoors and experiences high level of noise in the work environment.
Physical Demands
Service Center Technician must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, lift, stoop, bend, reach and carry 40+ pounds.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. The Technician is expected to work an alternating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
