Job Summary :

As a Restaurant Server for R & R Breakfast Spot responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Greet Customers : Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and comfortable.
• Take Orders : Accurately record food and beverage orders, clarifying any dietary restrictions or

preferences.

• Serve Food and Beverages : Deliver orders promptly and ensure that all items are presented attractively.
• Monitor Guest Experience : Check in with customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction and
• address any needs or concerns.
• Handle Payments : Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit

transactions.

• Maintain Cleanliness : Keep tables and serving areas clean, organized and assist with light cleaning duties as needed.
• Communicate with Kitchen Staff : Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely preparation of meals.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Manage multiple, concurrent and conflicting priorities and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of customers and staff during your role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers and provide a positive

dining experience.

• Ability to accurately take orders and ensure correct delivery of food and beverages.
• Capable of managing multiple tables and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Competence in handling cash and processing payments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers.

Education and Experience :

• 1-3 years of fast paced restaurant experience

Physical Requirements :

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Salary and Benefits
