An innovative and growing team in the Madison, Wisconsin area is conducting for a Project Engineer to help lead the development and installation of specialized systems supporting sports-related facilities and experiences. These projects blend mechanical and electrical upgrades with purpose-built enhancements to improve performance!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Designing and Support the installation of sports-related systems in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Work with internal and external customers for the electro-mechanical system design
- Working with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and customer-facing teams
- Balancing technical execution with customer and team goals
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related)
- Hands-on experience with facility upgrades, equipment installations, or similar projects
- A strong understanding of how to design and integrate mechanical and electrical systems into existing infrastructure
- 3D modeling experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments and vendors
- Passion for delivering high-quality outcomes—bonus if you have a personal interest in sports or recreation spaces
