Engineering Intern - Lapeer

Summary

: The Engineering Intern will support manufacturing and operations teams in process improvement, machine cycle time studies, and documentation management. This internship provides hands-on experience in optimizing production processes and maintaining manufacturing documentation. Responsibilities :

• Support process improvement initiatives, including time studies and cycle time analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Assist in coordinating cross-departmental projects and help implement new manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production data and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices in production and process development.
