Forklift Operator

Summary We are currently seeking a "best in class" Forklift Operator to load and unload products to / from delivery. The ideal candidate has a natural ability to roll with the punches, being flexible to handle anything that might come their way. You will be a strong and reliable support to company operations, maintaining procedures, communication and customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position Operate forklift to move material and product while following all company Safety & Security policies and procedures Perform cycle counts Provide customer assistance Maintain the brick yard and warehouse Perform minor maintenance and repairs Skills and Experience Required for Success 3+ months of related experience Certification in forklift operation Must be able to quickly identify materials Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly Must be able to pass Hazmat exam Competencies Required for Success Integrity Self-Motivated Teamwork Demonstrated prioritization / time management skills Education High school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND / OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
