Responsibilities
This is an office based position in the Indianapolis, IN location. The work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8am - 4 : 30pm EST.
Provide administrative support to Business Office Manager and Tech Support Analyst. Professional, friendly, and welcoming appearance and demeanor are essential. Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to shipping / receiving, packaging, sorting / sending mail, basic level IT equipment troubleshooting, inventory, greeting guests, assisting with coordination of onsite events, assisting with creation of distributable office wide email and TV communications and assisting with completing ad hoc requests / tasks. Medical Records, Credentialing, Accounts Payable, Compliance, Mitel, and other duties as assigned. The ability to work well under pressure and with grace in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
