Post Closing Specialist

A company is looking for a Post Closing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Complete and assist with the administration and coordination of Recordings, Post-Closing, and Title Policy Issuance

Maintain and update internal systems status updates and client tracking reports

Perform Quality Control of title insurance policies and coordinate policy ordering from various title partners

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent, or 1+ years of experience in the title industry

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with SoftPro preferred

Ability to work overtime as required

Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
