ROLE DESCRIPTION :

We're looking for a vibrant, competitive, and growth-minded Account Representative to join our high-performing insurance team. You'll be a part of a fast-paced, fun environment where effort equals income - and your success directly contributes to protecting families and helping your community.

$16 / hr base pay + uncapped commissions

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers (warm + cold leads)
  • Educate clients on auto, home, and life insurance options
  • Quote and sell policies while building relationships that last
  • Collaborate with an upbeat, goal-driven team that celebrates wins daily

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Current United States based insurance producer license
  • Outbound calling experience
  • Competitive and hungry for career growth
  • Outgoing and Enjoyable to be around
  • Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software
  • Basic understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
  • Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads
  • Professional and courteous telephone manner
  • Focus on achieving targets and contributing to the agencys growth

    • This is a remote position.
