Responsibilities

Manage proposal development from opportunity assessment to delivery of high‑quality, on‑time responses.

Research, write, and edit copy for sales communication materials focused on proposals.

Establish and maintain a consistent tone and voice aligned with the KinderCare brand.

Interview subject‑matter experts to develop compelling content.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to collect feedback, revise, and iterate content.

Develop formal project plans, schedules, and facilitate cross‑departmental meetings to ensure timely proposals.

Lead kick‑off calls, stakeholder meetings, and executive review meetings.

Evaluate wins/losses, attend proposal debriefs, and continuously improve internal development processes.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Advertising, Communications, or Marketing.

Minimum 3 years of B2B writing experience with proven success in product and solution‑focused content.

Exceptional writing, editing, interviewing, and research skills for diverse audiences.

Strong organizational and communication skills with flawless attention to detail.

Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Comfortable incorporating constructive feedback to refine content.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with layout and design.

Recommended Qualifications

Understanding of narrative techniques incorporating ethos, pathos, and logos.

Basic experience with Salesforce or similar project management software.

Basic experience with Qvidian or similar content management software.
