Job Summary

As the IP / SDC at Chestnut Hill Health & Rehab Center , you will oversee infection prevention initiatives while also coordinating staff education and competency programs. This dual-role position is critical to maintaining compliance, staff preparedness, and high standards of resident care.

Responsibilities

Coordinate orientation and competency programs

Conduct in-service education and training

Maintain education and compliance records

Support quality improvement initiatives

Collaborate with nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts nursing license required

Employment Type

Pay Range : $70,000 / year - $105,000
