Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will manage our front desk operations efficiently and professionally.

Salary Range: $42.500 - $53.000 yearly


Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
  • Provide information about our services and assist with client inquiries

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
