We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our fast-paced, high-volume accounting team. This role will support daily accounting operations, assist with month-end close, and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts
• Prepare financial reports and support internal reporting requirements
• Ensure proper coding of expenses and adherence to accounting policies
• Help manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed
• Support audits and tax filings by preparing schedules and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting discrepancies
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
