We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Crop Insurance Farm Management. Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the agriculture sector
• Provide expert advice on crop insurance options and coverage
• Conduct risk assessments and analysis for individual farming operations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance policies
• Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to crop insurance

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in crop insurance sales
• Strong knowledge of ag banking and farm management practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
