Pro Resources is seeking a 1st Shift Pattern Repairer for a client in Rochester, IN. The Pattern Repairer will support and sustain daily production. In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and building patterns used in casting operations-an essential function that keeps manufacturing running efficiently. Apply Today!

Shift and Compensation

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 5 AM-2 PM
• Compensation is from 60,320 USD to 66,560 USD per year

Job Duties

• Repair, maintain, and build patterns for casting production
• Safely operate a variety of hand tools and power tools
• Work in high-heat environments as needed
• Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to all safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and management
• Utilize LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) practices
• Manage time effectively and make sound decisions on the job
• Work occasional weekends as production requires

Background Profile

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally more
• Strong understanding of required PPE and proper usage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid judgment, decision-making, and attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• 3+ years of pattern repair experience or relevant experience (as determined by the company)
• Ability to pass a written or practical skills test with a 75% or higher
