Job Overview :

Seeking a Finished Vehicle Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support within a vehicle logistics environment. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, reporting, carrier coordination, and compliance activities while supporting daily operations.

Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 / 4 : 00 PM (limited weekend work)

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain daily vehicle inventory accuracy and staging locations

Perform daily inventory releases and exit confirmations

Conduct onsite auto carrier audits and communicate findings

Prepare inventory reports for service providers

Create purchase orders and process invoices

Support logistics operations and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements :

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR

Experience in customer service, operations, logistics, or transportation

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills :

Logistics or DOT compliance experience

SAP experience

Additional language skills (Spanish, German, Russian)
