Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and ensuring operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to contribute to our team and make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement engineering solutions for heavy structural fabrication and machining.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and production, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and quality control standards.
• Assist in the design and development of manufacturing tools and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing processes.
• Train and mentor manufacturing staff on new processes, tools, and best practices.
• Analyze production data and provide reporting on key metrics such as efficiency, quality, and production costs.

Minimum Qualifications :

Summary Pay Range :

$87,456.00 - 131,184.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
