Finance VP

A company is looking for a VP of Finance to lead the finance function and drive financial strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with company objectives

Oversee accounting operations and ensure timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP

Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)

10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience

Proven leadership experience in accounting, FP&A, tax, and treasury functions

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Experience building financial processes and systems in growing companies
