We consider client service representatives to be the face of our practice and are looking for someone who can join our dedicated team and deliver stellar service with accuracy and compassion. Our cohesive team values integrity and sincerity above all else. Familiarity with companion pet health care is desired. Candidates with experience working in a busy veterinary hospital will be given preference.


Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintenance of medical records, filling some prescriptions, over the counter sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, and front office and reception area maintenance.
