The Role
Were looking for a passionate, high-energy Fitness Coach who loves helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Youll lead dynamic, pre-designed group workouts while building real relationships with members and delivering an unforgettable experienceevery class, every time.
What Youll Do
Lead safe, effective, and engaging Orangetheory group fitness classes
Educate members on heart-rate-based training and proper exercise form
Motivate, coach, and connect with members of all fitness levels
Provide individualized guidance and modifications when needed
Create a welcoming, inclusive, and energetic studio environment
Collaborate with the studio team to deliver a world-class member experience
Support member retention through relationship-building and accountability
What Were Looking For
Current nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification (ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
CPR/AED certification
Confident public speaker with strong coaching presence
High energy, positive attitude, and passion for fitness
Ability to coach all fitness levels safely and effectively
Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Team-oriented, dependable, and eager to grow
