[job_card.job_description]Monitor property activity, manage access control, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, emergencies, or evacuations as needed. Apply de-escalation techniques and sound judgement in challenging situations. Coordinate with event management and law enforcement if situations require further intervention. Conduct bag and metal detector screenings to enforce site policies and prevent prohibited items from entering the premises. Support responsible alcohol service by enforcing regulations and monitoring consumption to prevent over-service and maintain compliance with liquor laws. Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and supervisors. Follow all site-specific SOPs, company policies, local laws and regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality regarding site-related activities. Use technology efficiently (smartphones, reporting tools, scheduling software). Represent Precision Security Team with professionalism, integrity, and accountability always. Committed to community safety and providing respectful, reliable support Calm, confident, and professional under pressure, with strong de-escalation and conflict management skills Maintains excellent situational awareness and sound judgment in dynamic environments Demonstrates a positive attitude, strong time management, and consistent dependability Comfortable working independently and with a team Maintains a clean, professional appearance Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Proficient with smartphones, scheduling systems, and basic reporting software Physically capable of performing work-related tasks and standing or walking for extended periods Integrity : In all we do, at every level Commitment : To our team, our clients, and our community Development : Personally, professionally, and collectively Apply online with full, well-written responses (no "see resume") Phone screening if your qualifications are aligned. We are hiring a professional and reliable Event Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of your assigned post. This role involves maintaining a visible, professional presence; responding to incidents; and ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and the public.
