We are currently hiring Warehouse Material Handlers (Day and Night Shift) to support daily operations within one of our facilities. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory, efficient order processing, and a safe, organized workspace.

$17.40 + hourly DOE

• Accurately pick, pack, and store inventory in designated locations
• Perform routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse to support workflow demands
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments
• Prepare, package, and ship outbound orders, including UPS shipments
• Weigh, label, and secure finished goods for distribution
• Cut, measure, and verify materials (including belts) to meet order specifications
• Rebrand and label products using ink-jet equipment as needed
• Safely load and unload delivery trucks
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members and assist in other areas as needed

This is a safety-sensitive position.

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred
• Experience with inventory control, order fulfillment, or shipping/receiving processes is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and inventory systems
• Familiarity with handheld scanners or barcode systems preferred
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail, especially when verifying materials and order accuracy
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
• Willingness to learn new processes and adapt to changing priorities
