• ARRT registry in CT preferred or required within 1 year of hire eligibility

Description :

The CT Technologist functions within the mission, values, objectives, procedures, and policies of the organization.

The CT Technologist performs a variety of CT procedures, both invasive and non-invasive, that may require independent judgment.

Must demonstrate ingenuity and initiative in the prescribed ionizing radiation procedures used for radiological diagnoses.

May be required to assume additional responsibilities for designated duties.

Skills of a CT Technologist will include, but are not limited to, the following :

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to exhibit patience and tact while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all situations.

Ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other associates.

Must demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes.

Cooperation and collaboration are essential.

Ability to work with speed and proficiency while under stress is required.

Performs a variety of CT exams including neuro, abdomen, ortho, and assists with invasive procedures.
