You are a strategic and hands-on technical leader with a passion for building high-performing web development teams. You are experienced in leading full stack software engineering initiatives in enterprise environments, and thrive when collaborating across disciplines. You are committed to delivering robust user experiences and scalable architectures, and can mentor and guide teams to continuously achieve technical excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow a team of full stack web developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive technical direction and architectural evolution of SaaS web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Oversee the design and implementation of web services, backend microservices, and compelling web UI / UX experiences.
Partner with product management, design, and engineering to translate requirements into deliverable features that delight users.
Champion and implement software engineering best practices across CI / CD, code quality, testing, and automation.
Guide the team regarding web platform constraints, industry trends, and best practices.
Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues across the application stack.
Ensure that support and monitoring strategies are in place for services running in production environments.
Drive effective estimation, planning, and delivery, meeting milestones and project objectives.
Support onboarding, professional growth, and performance management for team members.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, radiating information and acting as a trusted leader.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in web technologies.
3+ years of experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
Demonstrated expertise in :
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence, mentor, and collaborate at all levels.
Experienced with Agile development methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to balance high-level vision with attention to technical and organizational detail.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only.
US : Hiring Range in USD from : $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
