Job Title : Account Development Representative

Location : Goodyear, AZ (On-site)

Schedule : Mon–Thu 7am–4pm, Fri 7am–11am (flexible)

Pay : $23–$ | Contract-to-Hire

90 Day Contract-to-hire - Will switch from hourly to salary once converted.

Commissions can be had while on temp to hire status!

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound sales calls to auto shops.
• Manage high-volume, short sales cycles.
• Communicate product benefits clearly.
• Track leads and progress in CRM.
• Collaborate with your team to hit goals.
