Hybrid Property Accountant $90/k
We are seeking a PropertyAccountant in Newton, MA, with a competitive base salary up to $90k,potentially higher, plus a 10-15% bonus target. This hybrid role offers threedays in-office and two remote. The Property Accountant will perform essentialaccounting functions for commercial real estate properties, working closelywith Property Managers, Corporate Accounting, AR/AP, Lease Administration, andmore. Responsibilities include maintaining GAAP accrual general ledgers,preparing journal entries, producing monthly financials, and handling leasedocumentation and reconciliations. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degreein accounting, proficiency in Excel and MS applications, 2-4 years of relevantexperience, and strong communication skills. CPA is a plus.
