Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position

will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, employees and vendors. This role also

supports the general office management and administrative functions.

● Front Desk & Office Management

● Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner

● Answer and screen incoming phone calls to the appropriate individuals

● Assist walk-in visitors and take messages as needed

● Maintain a clean, organized reception area, including ensuring the office fridge is stocked

● Manage conference room scheduling and calendars

● Order, receive, and maintain supplies and equipment for departments

Administrative Support

● Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; distribute items to appropriate staff

● Make online purchases for various buildings while maintaining accurate purchase records

● Assist the COO with scanning documents and miscellaneous projects

● Support the onboarding process by creating key cards and ensuring appropriate door access

● Assist with moving, picking up, and maintaining company vehicles as needed

Qualifications & Skills

● Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

● Excellent communication and customer service skills

● Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

● Education & Experience - High school diploma (preferred)

1+ year of experience in:

Receptionist or administrative support roles

Customer service

Job Type: Full-time in office

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Work Location: In person - Vineyard UT

Pay: $48,000 annual salary
