Psychiatric RN

Responsibilities

:

The Psychiatric Nurse (RN) will be responsible for:

• Assessing patients throughout hospitalization
• Actively identifying patient problems
• Participating in the plan of care creation
• Implementing and evaluating the interventions to meet the patient's needs
• Providing and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• CT Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Psychiatric Nursing experience required
• Experience working with the Acute Care, Dual Disorder, and/or Eating Disorder population
