Position Title :  Machine Operator

Company Vision : To be an industry expert for supplying precision machined components and assemblies to OEMs in the U.S.A.

Primary Job Duties :

• Operate one or more previously set up machines.
• Loading supplied programs.
• Run production to productivity and quality standard.
• Make adjustments and perform tool changes (Note : operator must demonstrate command of this expectation prior to making adjustments without supervision).  All operators are expected to obtain this ability.
• Complete daily maintenance and 5S standards.
• Communicate work status.
• Follow policies and procedures, Vision, Values, Principles, and Philosophies.
• Maintain acceptable attendance.
• Any specifically assigned task.
