Sports Program Lead - Northwest Valley Family YMCA

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SPORTS PROGRAM LEAD :

• Assists with the overall operations of youth sports programs.
• Develops positive relationships with participants, coaches, and parents.
• Assists in the evaluation of programs, maintains accurate records, and distributes information to coaches.
• Operates all equipment properly and promptly reports any problems.
• Sets up and maintains a clean playing area.
