[job_card.job_description]Design develop and produce print and digital sales and marketing collateral. Write and manage content for newsletters blog articles press releases and email campaigns. Develop and maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms. Create visual assets using Canva Adobe or similar tools to support branded marketing efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with company voice. Coordinate with external vendors for marketing-related print signage and merchandise needs and ensure timely and quality delivery. Monitor update and maintain the company website and social media platforms. Support organic social media efforts by curating employee stories and behind-the-scenes content. Assist lenders in maintaining social media presence. Assist with campaign content for platforms like LinkedIn. Track and report on social engagement metrics to inform content decisions. Design and execute digital newsletters and nurturing campaigns. Coordinate lender activities for outreach and promotion to identified prospects. Track participation in trade associations and sponsorship activities. Manage promotional and PR events including pre- and post-event communications. Capture and curate stories photos and videos from events and locations for use in campaigns. Maintain data standards within all software. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST
POSITION SUMMARY : This position is responsible for the consistency enhancement and delivery of the Scale brand as it relates to the Scale Bank website and social media platforms print materials marketing events and public relations efforts. It ensures we have the right messages in the right media to the right audiences at the right time.
