About the role : PMAT has an ongoing need and is seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage engineering support services. This role is crucial to our work in San Diego, CA, involving the management of execution, customer collaboration, and business development that enhances program impact.

Responsibilities :

• Support in developing an innovative engineering and science team
• Communication with stakeholders, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and technical performance related to the program
• Understand and support from a programmatic standpoint, the systems engineering and software delivery across C2 / ISR, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and AI / ML Autonomous Vehicles, and Communications / links domains.
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities for the program
• Plan and deliver program reviews, metrics, and executive-level updates.
• Manage contract execution, staffing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Conduct risk management through the Identification, assessment, and mitigation of technical, cost, schedule, and risks.
• Managing staffing plans, leadership, assignment coordination, setting expectations, performance management documentation, timekeeping compliance, corrective actions, yearly reviews of personnel, and subcontractor accountability.
• Ensuring subcontractor partners are performing to contract requirements

Work Environment : PMAT offices as needed. In some cases, work in a government facility may be required. Travel may be required for customer engagement, team coordination, and potentially for business development.
