Responsibilities As a Permit Coordinator, you are responsible for managing all facets of permitting. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you're up for the challenge. In addition, you will :

• Submit permit applications for construction projects
• Track and manage the lifecycles of permits to include change orders
• Interact with the city, county, and state municipalities relating to permitting
• Understand permitting code and policy
