[job_card.job_description]Program CNC machines for metallic and composite aerospace components Utilize CAD / CAM software such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, CATIA, and / or Unigraphics (NX) Demonstrate the ability to learn and adapt to additional CAD / CAM software as needed Apply in-depth knowledge of cutting tools, speeds, and feed rates Design and develop workholding fixtures, drill jigs, and related tooling Support project quoting, job planning, and process development Create tool lists, setup sheets, and documentation using Microsoft Office Generate drawings for inspection, setups, and manufacturing support Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient machining processes Proven CNC programming experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and setup Experience programming complex, precision-machined parts Proficiency with CAD / CAM software (CATIA experience strongly preferred) Ability to work independently and contribute to cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
