[job_card.job_description]Program and configure building automation systems (Tridium, Distech, Siemens, Johnson Controls) Commission HVAC control systems and verify proper operation Develop custom graphics, trends, and alarm management strategies Troubleshoot control sequences and resolve system performance issues Optimize control strategies to improve energy efficiency and comfort Provide remote and on-site technical support to service teams and clients Document system configurations and maintain as-built records Train building operators on BAS functionality and best practices 3+ years of experience with building automation systems Strong programming skills in Niagara (Tridium), Distech, or similar platforms Solid understanding of HVAC systems and control sequences Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, and other control protocols Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally Associate degree in HVAC, Controls, or related technical field Manufacturer certifications (Tridium, Distech, Siemens, JCI) Experience with HVAC system commissioning Familiarity with energy management and fault detection diagnostics
