Job Summary

The Surveyor completes simple surveys on the job prior to the facilitation of the wiring and or installation.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Ability to meet background requirements and pass a drug test.
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with CATV/ Broadband construction specifications.
• Ability to work independently
• Must be able to read and understand prints.
• 3 years of experience in CATV Aerial and Underground OSP (outside plant), commercial serviceability, and building entrances
• Attention to detail when gathering information for changes in non-serviceable addresses for commercial redesigns

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain proper documentation for all jobs surveyed.
• Ability to work with computers and databases as necessary to the job function
• Maintain all proper safety protocols on construction and survey sites
• Maintain a professional appearance while working in the field

Working Conditions - Field environment, working in inclement weather; Flexibility of schedule.
