The Regional Perishable Operations Manager will report directly to the Sr Director of Perishables. This multi-unit field leadership role is responsible for overseeing and driving a high level of execution and operational excellence within a network of clubs. This individual will have financial accountability for the clubs they oversee. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of merchandising priorities, displays, and sales initiatives, while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize processes and enhance overall performance.

The Regional Manager or Fresh Operations will play a crucial role in driving the success and efficiency of fresh operations at BJ's Wholesale Club, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is starting from $114,500.00.
