A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day and identify customer assistance needs
Document required information and research complex issues across multiple databases
Schedule appointments for patients and update demographic information
Required Qualifications
High School diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Must be 18 years or older
1+ years of experience in a medical environment using phones and computers
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week) Monday - Friday during business hours
