Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact for the Automotive Marketing Platform
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting expectations and providing high-level service
Conduct reviews and provide actionable insights to clients to enhance product utilization and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of account management experience
Exceptional client relationship and account management experience
Knowledge of digital marketing campaigns and best practices
Experience with digital marketing and / or CRM systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
