Allen of Toledo is excited to open the doors to our newest used car dealership—and we’re building a strong, customer-focused team from the ground up! We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Service Representative / Data Entry & Parts Coordinator to join our service department.

🔧 What You'll Do:

• Accurately input service and repair order data into our dealership system

• Assist with customer check-ins and provide service updates

• Order parts for service jobs and ensure timely delivery

• Stock, label, and organize parts inventory

• Maintain accurate inventory records and re-order as needed

• Communicate with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability

• Handle general administrative support for the service department

🧾 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong typing and data entry skills

• Experience with auto parts ordering or service department operations (preferred, but we’ll train the right person)

• Good organization and time-management skills

• Friendly and professional customer service skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
