Key Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions through various channels while ensuring high-quality service
Present and discuss products and services accurately to enhance customer understanding
Focus on customer retention by resolving concerns during initial contact and improving the member experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or GED; college degree or relevant certification preferred
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Basic knowledge of company products to effectively promote and up-sell
Flexibility to work varied shifts in a call center environment
Bi-lingual (Spanish) and relevant licenses are a plus
