divh2Material Handler Remnant Inventory Material Movement (2nd Shift) / h2pThe Material Handler Remnant Inventory Material Movement (2nd Shift) is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely transport of raw materials, test specimens, and finished goods throughout the facility. This includes maintaining organized and traceable remnant inventory, ensuring material availability to support production schedules, and operating material handling equipment safely. This role is key to ensuring smooth workflow and minimizing delays in testing operations. / ppCompensation : $22.00-$24.00 / hour (Depending on Experience) / ph2Responsibilities / h2olliTrack, organize, and properly store remnant materials in designated storage areas. / liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of remnant inventory using inventory management systems or ERP software. / liliIdentify, label, and log usable remnants for future production or machining use. / liliEnsure material movements are executed in a timely manner to support testing and production timelines. / liliOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards. / liliAssist in periodic cycle counts and physical inventories. / liliUpdate inventory systems and documentation to reflect material movements, adjustments, and restocking. / li / olh2Skills / Qualifications / h2ulliHigh School Diploma or GED required. / liliAbility to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks associated with material handling. / liliExperience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment preferred (certification preferred where applicable). / liliWorking knowledge of inventory control processes and material tracking. / liliStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. / liliAbility to prioritize tasks and support production timelines. / liliEffective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. / liliKnowledge of and commitment to OSHA and workplace safety standards preferred. / li / ulh3Work Environment / h3ulliWork is performed in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment. / liliRole requires regular standing, walking, bending, and lifting materials up to 50 lbs. / liliFrequent use of material handling equipment and exposure to moving machinery. / liliExposure to noise levels and temperature variations typical of an industrial setting. / liliUse of required personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory. / li / ulh2Company Overview / h2pElement is one of the fastest growing testing, inspection and certification businesses in the world.
