Perform and manage point-to-point wiring terminations, checkouts, and drawing markups.Assist with device setup and installation per specifications and project drawings.Calibrate and start up field instrumentation and valve actuators.Perform checkout and start-up of control systems (DCS, PLC, etc.) and networks.Troubleshoot control systems at network, controller, I/O, and device levels.Set up and troubleshoot PC workstations.Provide technical assistance and support for customer contracts, including emergency response and preventive maintenance.

qualifications
Experience: Hands-on with DCS, PLC, HMI, and/or DDC systems; experience with Emerson DeltaV, WonderWare, and Rockwell is a plus.Knowledge of networks (Ethernet, Modbus, BACnet serial/TCP).Ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and electrical/mechanical drawings.Strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication.Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and work near high electrical currents.
